Refund policy

At Lobeta, every piece is designed to be worn, cherished, and kept close. But if something isn’t quite right, we’ll help make it right.

Our Policy

  • You have 14 days from delivery to request a return or exchange for full price items.

  • Pieces must be unworn, in original condition, with all packaging and tags intact.

  • For reasons of hygiene craftsmanship and business needs, the following are final sale and cannot be returned:

    • Earrings

    • Personalized or custom designs

    • Any item marked sale

Refunds

  • Eligible returns are refunded to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 7–10 business days from the time we receive your return for the refund to appear.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • We welcome exchanges on eligible items.

  • If the item you’d like isn’t available, we’ll issue a refund instead.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

  • We recommend choosing a trackable service, as we’re not able to replace packages lost in transit.
