Our Policy

You have 14 days from delivery to request a return or exchange for full price items.

Pieces must be unworn, in original condition, with all packaging and tags intact.

For reasons of hygiene craftsmanship and business needs, the following are final sale and cannot be returned:

Refunds

Eligible returns are refunded to your original payment method.

Please allow 7–10 business days from the time we receive your return for the refund to appear.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges

We welcome exchanges on eligible items.

If the item you’d like isn’t available, we’ll issue a refund instead.
Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

We recommend choosing a trackable service, as we’re not able to replace packages lost in transit.
